Daniel just made an extremely awesome record with a band called Lost Boy, and Marc's been working on the new Normal Love album. Construction is well on its way at the new space. You can follow it on our blog entry at . We've also put up a new photo blog that will be updated weely.

To top it all off we finally signed up for twitter. Since I was so damn slow about it we got the name StrngWthr. Who the hell needs vowels anyway?

We're finally working on the new space! Demo has begun, which means we're on our way. But the current space has been busier than ever, including working on new records with Friends, Tony Castles, Normal Love, Lakookala, and Marc Smith. Plus the whole studio has been upgraded by adding our new converters, a Burl B80 Mothership. With 24 transformer balanced inputs our digital rig sounds more like our tape rig than ever (and that's a good thing.) Here's a pic!

As always the times are a changing over at Strange Weather. We're within days of breaking ground on the new space. Daniel just finshed two amazing records with Jeremy Benson and Soft Black. And our gear list continues to expand uncontrolably.

Things have been pretty wild over in the existing Strange Weather while we've been building our new space. Over the past few months we've been working on records with Alfonzo Velez, Howler, Vicente Garcia, Imaginarry Johnny, MKNG FRNDZ, Your Sister's Canary, Quintis, Ari WHY and a bunch more. Check out our Equipment page for some updates including a Mellotron and a pair of ATC monitors!

Things are coming along with the new build. We just purchased a 1984 Yamaha C3 grand, as well as started doing a little bit of explorative demolition. It's an old building that was thrown up with without plans so it's still a lot of guesswork.
